The eShefe' begun with a desire to share the knowledge and benefits of making healthy food choices to overcome, or prevent health problems within the Evans family. The passion captured by one Shef, led to a passion captured by another Shef. Each "sister" has climbed on board, gone at her own pace and have reaped individual benefits. They are such things as:

This site is dedicated to the Shef who held on the the conviction that health should be free, and should be easily available for anyone who wants to find it.
